I'm Sam, a proud mom to a lively little boy, a former collegiate soccer player, and a passionate advocate for fitness based in sunny Austin, Texas. With a lifelong dedication to sports and fitness, I firmly believe that staying active isn't just about physical health—it's the key to a longer, happier life and a wealth of well-being.

Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of fitness, I'm driven to empower women worldwide. My mission is to help women feel confident and capable in their bodies because I know they're not just able, they're more than capable. Through specialized pre and postnatal training, I'm here to support you on your journey to strength, confidence, and holistic well-being.
